Low carb, crispy, and delicious parmesan crisps

If you have those moments when you crave something crunchy but don’t want to hop on the “guilt train”, next stop Potato Chip City, then try this easy to make, quick parmesan crisp recipe.  You can buy the at any stores but why?  Grab a bag of grated parmesan or better yet grate your own if you have the time and in 5 minutes you’ve whipped up a batch of pure crunch heaven!  The amounts of the cheese are dependent on how many you want to make.  Each crisp takes about a overflowing tablespoon so just grab a bag of parmesan cheese and go from there.






Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup or more) grated (please don’t even think of using the green can stuff)

Some herbs, minced onion if you like



  1.  Pre-heat oven to 400F
  2. If you’re adding herbs mix the cheese and herbs in a bowl
  3. Using a silicone baking sheet would be great but if you don’t have one as I don’t then use a baking pan covered in parchment paper
  4. Put a heaping tablespoonful on the parchment paper about 2 inches apart
  5. Bake for about 5-8 minutes
  6. Let cool
  7. Enjoy!
  8. Makes 11 servings (serving is 1 crisp)
